Our Summary

One of the most common types of bone cancer is chondrosarcoma which develops on cartilages. Since previous studies show the beneficial effects of PEMF on various cancer cells, this study aims to investigate its efficacy on chondrosarcoma. The data illustrated that PEMF exposure not only did it stimulate MMP-9 protein levels, it also suppressed IL-1?, indicating positive effects on bone cancer treatment.
