Electrochemotherapy by pulsed electromagnetic field treatment (PEMF) in mouse melanoma B16F10 in vivo

Our Summary

PEMF treatment has shown an increase in membrane permeability for exposed cell which makes it appealing for contactless application of drug delivery. For this study, mouse melanoma tumors were treated with PEMF. Results showed the effectiveness of PEMF induced electroporation. Electrochemotherapy is contactless and painless which are the main benefit of this treatment.
