Our Summary

This objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of extremely low repetition rate electromagnetic fields (ELEF) on human sperm cryopreservation. The water used in cryopreservation was exposed to 1000 Hz ELEF for 1 hour. Results showed that ELEF decreased ROS levels significantly compared to the control, indicating improved fertilizing potential of thawed sperm.
