Our Summary

High-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields (HF-PEMF) has shown promise in bone mineralization in previous studies. The purpose now is to evaluate the effects or PEMF on rat model fracture healing. 20 male rats were divided into a control group and a HF-PEMF treated group. Results confirm that on the early stage of fracture healing, enhanced bone formation for the HF-PEMF treated group.
