Our Summary

Work related stress has long affected the productivity, mental health and overall quality of life of a person. With this in mind, this study aims to determine the effects of Light Therapy with PEMF as well as coaching to work related stress. A total of 84 workers divided into 3 groups, experimental, placebo and control group, finished the study. Results show no statistical significance were recorded between the 3 groups.
