Our Summary

Due to the adverse effects caused by drug therapy, this study aims to investigate the effects of extremely low-frequency electromagnetic field (ELF-EMF) on human mesenchymal stromal cells (hMSC). Cells were exposed to 5 Hz frequency and 0.4 mT intensity ELF-EMF. Results showed that ELF-EMF exposure did not display adverse effects on hMSC, may it be cytotoxic or genotoxic effects.
