Our Summary

This study aims to investigate the effects of low frequency electromagnetic field (LF-EMF ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. A total of 20 rat hearts were subjected to I/R injury and exposed to LF-EMF. Results show that LF-EMF exposure reduced I/R injury and preserved the mechanical function of I/R hearts.
