Our Summary

This study intends to evaluate the effects of PEMF on osteogenic differentiation and proliferation of human mesenchymal stem cells. Cultured cells were exposed to PEMF at 7.5 Hz for 28 days. Results show that PEMF stimulates proliferation and osteogenic differentiation in hMSCs which may benefit regenerative medicine technology in further studies.
