Our Summary

To investigate the effects of EMF on mammary adenocarcinoma cells in rats is the objective of this study. The rats were exposed to 120 Hz frequency, semi sine wave pulsed EMF with varying intensities. Results suggest that 20 mT intensity EMF for 10 minutes, 2 times a day was the most effective on tumor suppression and vascularization, indicating an effective and safe alternative cancer therapy.
