Our Summary

PEMF, in previous studies, showed beneficial effects on healing and tissue repair. But with a recent study suggesting otherwise, this study aims to review of the literature. A total of 5 studies were reviewed comparing placebo and PEMF experimental groups. The review is evident that PEMF has no significant effect on knee osteoarthritis pain management.
