Our Summary

The effects of PEMF on synovitis and how it happens are the main objective of this study. Results show that after PEMF treatment, neutrophils in the synovial-like layer decreased while macrophages increased. Also PEMF also inhibited phosphorylation of P38. This shows PEMF’s anti-inflammatory effect on synovitis.
