Our Summary

The effects of the combination of doxorubicin therapy and PEMF therapy to mice with osteosarcoma cell line were evaluated in this study. PEMF with 200 Hz frequency and 5 mT intensity of different durations was used for the experimental group. Findings show that the combination of treatments altered signaling molecules while PEMF enhanced the cell proliferation inhibition. The combination of treatments could be the future of chemotherapy.
