Our Summary

Due to the lack of studies, the purpose of this experiment is to evaluate the effects of PEMF on steroid-induced osteonecrosis in rats. A total of 72 rats were divided into 3 groups comprising of the PEMF plus methylprednisolone (MPSL) treatment, MSPL treatment group and the control group. Results showed that PEMF prevented steroid-induced osteonecrosis in rats.
