Our Summary

This study aims to evaluate the potential of EMF to regulate osteogenic differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells (ASC). The cells were exposed to positive 30-45 Hz frequency at 1 mT intensity and negative 7.5 Hz frequency at 1 mT intensity EMF. The results suggest that osteogenic differentiation depend on EMF conditions indicating promise of regulating stem cell differentiation.
