Our Summary

The effects of transcranial PEMF treatment (T-PEMF) on patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) on inter-hand coherence and on hand tremor was the purpose of this study. A total of 50 patients with PD were evaluated before and after the 8 week T-PEMF treatment. Results have it that T-PEMF reduces inter-hand coherence for unilateral postural tremor which could enhance inter-hemispheric inhibition .
