Our Summary

This study aims to investigate the effects of Extremely-low-frequency magnetic fields (ELF-MF) on epigenetic modifications in leukemic Jurkat cells. The results have it that ELF-MF has no major effect on epigenetic modifications in leukemic Jurkat cells but may affect robustness of histone modification and DNA which stabilizes chromatin during cell differentiation.
