Our Summary

One of the emerging non-invasive therapy has been high-frequency PEMF which increases cerebral blood flow and tissue oxygenation. PEMF was tested on the rat brain at high intracranial pressure for this study. Results showed a significant increase in dilated arterioles, reduced MVS/capillary ratio, and an increased capillary blood flow velocity.
