Our Summary

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of EMF on the response of cockroach to noxious heat. The roaches wee exposed to 50 Hz frequency and 7 mT intensity EMF. Findings suggest that EMF exposure increased the stress factor which affects the heat perception and oxidative state in cockroaches exhibiting promise in future studies on pain inhibition.
