Our Summary

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of PEMF on patients with fibromyalgia. A total of 108 women patients with fibromyalgia received active and sham treatments using a Bio-Electro-Magnetic-Energy-Regulation (BEMER) device. The data suggest that PEMF treatment did not show significant improvements in pain relief and stiffness against sham treatments.
