The effects of 50 Hz magnetic field–exposed cell culture medium on cellular functions in FL cells

Our Summary

This study explores the efficacy of extremely low frequency magnetic field (ELF-MF) on cell culture medium on cellular functions for FL cells. A 50 Hz frequency and a range of 0 – 4 mT intensity sinusoidal MF was use in the experiment. Results suggest that MF exposure stimulated the relative permittivity of culture medium but was not able to influence the biological processes in FL cells.
