Our Summary

The rationale of this study is to compare the effects PEMF and electric stimulation therapies on a burn injuries. There are 21 rats used in this experiment that were divided into 3 groups comprising of a control group, PEMF group and electric stimulation for 14 days. All groups were also treated with antibacterial pomade. Results were evident that both therapies had positive healing effects on burn injuries with PEMF producing more significant healing effects compared to electric stimulation.
