Our Summary
The objective of this study is to determine the effects of PEMF on radii bone density of women who are osteoporosis-prone. A total of 20 patients participated in the experiment, exposing their nondominant forearm to PEMF daily for 10 hours in a span of 12 weeks. Results show that PEMF significantly enhanced radii bone densities at the point of exposure, indicating possible alternative treatment to osteoporosis.
