Our Summary
The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of PEMF on proliferating leukocytes from patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Cultured cells from 20 children patients were exposed to 7 Hz frequency and 30 mT intensity PEMF daily for 4 hours. Results suggest that PEMF exposure stimulates cell death proliferating cells, indicating potential for alternative leukemia treatment.
