Our Summary
To compare the effects of low-frequency low-intensity pulsed magnetic field (LFLIPMF) and circuit weight training (CWT) on bone mineral content and bone mineral density (BMD) of elderly women is the objective of this study. A total of 30 elderly women were divided into 2 groups comprising or the CWT group and the LFLIPMF group. Results showed that both treatments exhibited significant increase in BMD but LFLIPMF is more effective.
