Our Summary
Due to analgesic effects of PEMF on humans, rodents and even snails, this study aims to investigate the effects of PEMF on rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia patients. The experimental patients were exposed to 3 kHz frequency PEMF for 30 minutes while others received sham treatments. Results confirm that PEMF exposure decreases pain, indicating potential in short-term pain relief.
